Where is Optiventure based?

Optiventure was born in our hometown of Perth, Western Australia but has since moved to the USA as a global operation in our mission to serve adventurers worldwide.

What is your refund & return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Optiventure products, simply contact us and let us know your issues. We will happily refund your money if you are not satisfied and you can keep the products. We may ask a couple of questions to make sure it isn't a scam, but our commitment is to keep you super happy.

Where do you ship from and how does it work?

We ship from USA. We ship globally and strive to keep our shipping rates as low as possible. We organise duties and taxes at the checkout so there are no surprises. We give you a full tracking link with your order so you can see where it is at all times. Shipping within the USA typically happens within 2 days and internationally between 5 and 10 days.

Do you third party test?

Yes, every batch is third party tested for purity, contaminants, safety and efficacy. This is stock standard practice for us and frankly we are surprised that a lot of companies still don't do this.

How long does your support take?

We will get back to you within 24-48 hours max (but we strive for even sooner). You can ask us anything you want - including nutrition, supplementation and scientific questions as our head of nutrition & science Jess will get back to you ASAP.
