Our Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Optiventure purchase. If you’re not happy with your product for any reason related to its use, let us know and we will issue you a refund—no return shipment required.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Timeframe: Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number when contacting us.
  3. Reason for Refund: A brief explanation of why you’re dissatisfied with the product is required. (Please note that “I no longer need it” or “I bought the wrong product” are not valid reasons under this policy.)

What’s Refunded

  • Product Cost Only: We do not reimburse shipping or handling fees.
  • No Returns Needed: You won’t have to send the product back.

Repeat Requests

If you request more than one refund, our support team will review the circumstances before approving any additional refunds.

No Abuse, Hate, or Scams

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, hateful behavior, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Global Coverage

This policy applies to all orders worldwide, unless otherwise stated.

For Customers in the European Union

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This withdrawal period includes weekends and public holidays.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@optiventure.co or orders@optiventure.co within the 14-day period, providing your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the order.

You may also submit a return or cancellation request directly through your customer account.

Effect of Withdrawal

Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse the product cost. We do not reimburse original shipping fees. You will not be required to return the product.

Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal request.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
